"The best way to find yourself, is to lose yourself in the service of others." -Ghandhi-
The Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Bank is a charitable
nonprofit organization that crusades against
blindness through sight restoring transplants and
research into ways to overcome blindness.

It provides eye tissue for thousands of sight
restoring transplants throughout the world each
year. This year's goal is to recover at least
4,400 eyes or corneas from 2,200 donors and
transplant 2,200 surgical corneas, which is near
last year's activity. (Almost all the eye banks
in the United States have been established by
Lions).

The organization's International Surgery Fund
provides for sight-restoring transplants to the
visually impaired who cannot afford it.
